How to join the RingCentral Webinar

IMPORTANT: You need to install the RingCentral Meetings app on your computer or mobile device before you can join a Webinar. Click the links below to learn how it can be installed.

There are 2 ways of joining a Webinar, you can either join using the invitation link or enter the Webinar Meeting ID. Click on links below to learn more:

Join via the invitation link

Attendees can join a Webinar by opening the invitation email and clicking on the invitation link using your computer or Mobile device.

Step 1:

Open your email invitation, then click the Webinar URL.


Step 2:

The RingCentral Meetings app on your computer will launch. 

NOTE: You will be prompted to install the RingCentral Meetings app if it is not yet installed on your computer. 

Step 3:

Enter your email address and name.
Click Join Webinar.
 

Join using your mobile device

NOTE: While the screenshots below were taken from an Android device, the same steps are applicable to iOS devices.

Step 1:

Open your email invitation, then tap the Webinar URL.

Step 2:

You will be taken to a page where you will be prompted to join the meeting or install the app.

Tap Join Meeting.

NOTE: Tap Download from Google Play to install it on your Android device.
 

Step 3:

Enter your email address and name.

Tap OK.
